You’ll receive approved file in following formats: AI, EPS, PDF, PSD, JPG and transparent PNG. If you need the files in another formats/size then please let us know and we would be happy to provide you the files at no extra cost.
You will be able to use your files in designing & any print materials, desktop publishing and on Web sites. For example you can use your logo on mouse pads, coffee cups, sticky notes, pens, t-shirts, Email signature etc.
Simple projects have a 1-2 day turnaround time. Meanwhile, complex tasks such as custom illustrations, web/app, landing pages, Websites, App Design & Development, infographics, multi-page booklets, and pitch decks can take more time between 2-3 weeks depends on agreement. Most simple revisions can be completed within 1 day.

If a design isn’t perfect, mark your corrections and we will be notified and make the adjustments promptly. Every project comes with 3 custom revisions and 3 standard revisions, so we won’t rest until you’re delighted.
Absolutely. All of our graphic designs are unique and individually sketched and designed for our clients & customers, we do not copy nor do we re-sell our our artwork; You will retain the copyright for the designed logos. This will allow you to use the logo wherever and whenever you see fit. to protect your brand however we highly recommend that you trade Mark your brand .
As for the final design we do ask for the right to display the logo in our work portfolio for advertising purposes. This enables us to showcase our previous work and give our business more exposure.
Yes! If you are unhappy with the designs and revisions we produce, or even if you need to cancel your order before it has been completed, (of course ONLY if we haven’t followed your requests) we will provide a full refund. We will also not deduct any fees. considering you have not received any files besides JPG or PNG mockups.
Simply put, we don’t share or sell your information to a third party without your explicit permission. In other words, we wouldn’t do anything that you wouldn’t do.
